Chakra Healing

A whirling energy centre (commonly called Chakra in Sanskrit) is seen psychically as a vortex of spinning energy located along the spinal energy pathway – Sushumna – extending out  to the front and back of one’s body. The Chakras help to regulate all processes, from organ function to  the immune system, to various physiological & neurological systems, emotions and memories in the body.

There are seven major chakras along the sushmna and multiple other minor and sub minor chakras in different parts and organs of the body. Chakras both take up and amass prana (or life force energy) and transform them. Our physical bodies cannot exist without them as they serve as gateways for the flow of energy and gives life into our physical bodies.

Every chakra corresponds to a specific aspect of human behaviour and development and differs in size and activity from person to person. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency that is depicted through a specific chakra color, and govern specific functions.

The 1st Chakra or Root Chakra, MOOLADHARA, is all about feeling grounded and secure.

It represents our foundation and is located at the lower most tip of the spine. This Chakra is the most favorite  among spiritual seekers since it is the seat of the Kundalini (appearing as the dormant three-and-a-half times coiled Serpent), whose awakening happens through meditations and other spiritual practices .

Special feature: ELEMENT- EARTH :Brings awareness that others you encounter are a perfect embodiment of love and harmony. Allows one to express individuality, expressions of creativity and intelligence .

The 2nd Chakra or Sacral Chakra, SWADISHTANA, is all about sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure, sexuality.

This, located at the lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel represents relationship and sexuality.

Special feature – ELEMENT- WATER  – brings efficiency to perceive other people’s feelings. And helps us experience complete abundance in all areas of life – love, work, money, health. It channelizes goodness, pleasure and prosperity to come into one’s life.

The 3rd Chakra or Navel Chakra, MANIPOORAKA, is all about self-esteem, personal will power, taking charge of life.

The chakra of true power given to you by the creator, located at your navel.

Special feature – ELEMENT- FIRE – brings direct link to one’s inner self. The rural Fire walkers have very strong navel chakra. When one has power and control of things in life, they always have a strong navel chakra. The Centre imparts a sense of who one is and what this journey is all about.

The 4th Chakra or Heart Chakra, ANAHATA,  is all about unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness.

It is the meeting place of  the lower and higher energies of our being located in the center of the chest.

Special feature –  ELEMENT- AIR – brings sense of love for oneself and others around in a true sense of unconditional acceptance, affection and forgiveness. This center is used by many schools for meditation, bathing oneself with love for humanity and allowing the love to flow through the body till the fingers tingle.

The 5th Chakra or Throat Chakra, VISHUDHI,  is about self expression, communication, truthfulness & creativity.

The purest Chakra responsible for holding secrets is situated in the throat.

Special feature – ELEMENT- ETHER – brings heightened intuitiveness  and connection to ones inner voice in people. It is the chakra of diplomacy and pure relationships with others.

The 6th Chakra or Third Eye Chakra, Ajna, is about inner visions,  spiritual awakening, cosmic vision, ability to think and make decisions.

Activated by Shambhavi Kriya, this chakra is located within the head behind the center of the eyebrows.

Special feature – ELEMENT-LIGHT – brings direct spiritual vision and is meant to be the seat of intuition. It is here that we visualize things through our “third eye” of  intuitive knowledge. The opening of the third-eye corresponds with spiritual awakening.

The 7th Chakra or Crown Chakra, Sahasrara, is about universal oneness, wisdom, merging of Shiva with Shakti, pure bliss

The Crown that integrates all the chakras with their respective qualities is located on the top of the head.

Special feature – ELEMENT- SPACE / COSMIC ENERGY – brings universal oneness among all the living and non living beings on earth.

This chakra allows all the knowledge and information about divinity and universe to flow into a person.  The crown chakra does not benefit from eating healthy foods and is more likely to benefit from breathing clean and fresh air and sunshine. The opening of the thousand petaled lotus chakra gives awareness that we are spiritual beings living a human existence.

“With each of the Chakra vibrating in different colours as mentioned, energetically, we all look like walking rainbows. The Chakra healing, helps one to revitalise the Chakras to vibrate at its maximum potential.”

How do Chakras get blocked ?

Your everyday thoughts, feelings, responses, interactions, traumas, emotional challenges, lack of physical activity, wrong foods, usage of stimulants and narcotics etc. can cause blockage, depletion or congestion of one or more chakras. Chakra Healing is NOT a “One Time All Fixed and Done“ process.

What to expect in a chakra healing Session?

A session that lasts for an hour, begins with the healer listening to an open narration of problems from the patient or bystander. With an intention of accessing only into what is good for the highest of a person, the healer channelise herself to the process after invoking the blessings from the source – universal higher energies and the Masters.

Once in allowance from the patient and their higher self, the healer Dowses and scans the energies of each of the 7 major chakras (and minor if required ) using different pendulums, Cleansing, Energising and Stabilising  each of them thoroughly .

This is followed by guided meditations and grounding techniques.

While understanding the energies of a person, the healer narrates that every session is an unique experience and revelation in itself since the pendulum never lies. The chakra and energies always subltly communicate to the healer  without faking or feigning.

Does the center teach Chakra healing and meditations ?

Generally , the understanding  of energies and chakras for good reasons does help one to learn subtle expressions by going beyond one’s gross body and mind. During the treatment sessions, as one would expect, the healer does explain various functions of the chakras and its influence on the mind, body and life situations. The different Chakra Meditation techniques conducted during individual healing sessions help one connect to the beautiful, unique being that one is, experiencing the deep stillness within.

Regular workshops are conducted at the center offering an elaborate understanding of the chakras, layers of the physical body, teaching the techniques to dowse and help synchronize them with each other. In these workshops, one gets to learn to read one’s energy patterns and understand chakra meditation. Aptly named “CHAKRA CONNECT”, the workshops are intended to teach all the tools that would help shift one’s energy to it’s maximum benefit that would heal one’s relationship with the inner and outer worlds.
